Victor Neufeld, popularly called Vic by his friends and colleagues, is a business person who has been associated with seven different companies. His entrepreneurial expertise is in the natural alternative health care industry. He has taken leadership roles and played an important part in shaping the medical marijuana industry. Vic Neufeld worked for 15 years as a chartered accountant and partner with Ernst & Young. He served as the President and CEO of Jamieson Wellness for 21 years. It is the largest manufacturer and distributor of natural vitamins, minerals, herbs, botanical medicines, and concentrated food supplements in Canada. His leadership has helped the company in becoming a leader in natural health supplements. During his time with the company, he was able to increase the company's market share to 27%, which outpaced the competition. Other leading nutrition brands only has 7% market share. He has led the company to massive success in sales; from $20 million to over $250 million annual sales. The company has also grown bigger with a distribution network to over 40 countries across the globe.

Vic Neufeld is from a humble family. His father is from Germany who eventually moved to Canada after World War II. His father has no money but was eager to start a new life in Canada. His dad sharecrops for a number of years and saved money and eventually bought his own farm. Vic and his three brothers helped their father on the farm. They work long hours on the farm, which eventually honed his work ethic. He attributed his success to the kind of training he got from his dad.

Vic Neufeld earned his bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Western Ontario. He has his Honours degree in Business and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Windsor.
